Deep Tissue Myofascial massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue by breaking up adhesions and enhancing mobility. Firm to deep pressure and slow strokes are used in this modality. Every session is completely individual.
During this session, we will use multiple modalities such as breathwork, crystal healing, reiki energy healing, and bodywork to facilitate healing and assist with energy movement throughout both the physical and etheric body. Each session is completely individual.
This specialized session restores balance by clearing out stagnant areas in your energy field, releasing trapped emotions. The healing art of energy work is practiced in many cultures around the world for stress reduction, relaxation, and facilitation of healing.
My passion lies in facilitating healing and balance while teaching my clients how to claim their power in regard to their health and functionality. I always urge my clients to go deeper, to avoid taking a symptom at face value. The symptom has a cause, a deeper root issue, that needs to be addressed.
I believe in a holistic approach to health + wellness; from nutrition + hydration to bodywork & energy work.
My approach to bodywork is equal parts methodical, anatomical, & energetic. Listening to the client and truly hearing what their needs are in the realm of body + energy work is vital- from aromatherapy to style of technique to pounds of pressure used. While working I tune into and listen to the energy of the client in order to provide the best possible outcome for the body’s conscious and subconscious needs.
