These sessions are ceremonial space- where the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies are all invited into harmony. Rooted in shamanic traditions and shaped by my own lived experience, training, and intuitive gifts, this work draws upon many tools- but ultimately, it is guided by what your body and spirit ask for in the moment.

We begin by setting sacred space- energetic and spiritual architecture that holds you in safety, clarity, and sovereignty. From there, the session unfolds intuitively, as I follow your body’s subtle signals and energetic cues. You may receive crystal medicine, chakra balancing, breathwork, guided visualizations, sound healing with tuning forks, rattles, or my bear drum, and frequency tones designed to anchor heart and root.

Sometimes I use my voice to tone or speak what moves through. Sometimes we sit in silence while the energy moves softly and deeply. At times, elemental allies or animal spirits may show up, offering wisdom or support. I work with the directions, the elements, and your energetic field to bring clarity, release, and reconnection.

Each session is unique and responsive- designed to help you clear stagnant energy, reconnect with your truth, and reweave lost parts of yourself.

What to Expect:

Deep Tissue Myofascial Massage is a slow and intentional unwinding of tension held in the muscles and fascia- the connective web that holds us together and stores so much of our lived experience. Using firm to deep pressure and grounded strokes, we work together to create more space, more breath, and more ease within your body.

No two sessions are the same. I draw from my full spectrum of training in every appointment, guided by what your body needs in the moment. This might include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, cupping, scraping, or sports massage techniques- all offered with care and always optional. This is your body and your session, and you’re welcome to speak to what feels right for you.

This is a space to be met exactly as you are- tender, tired, tight, or tangled. Here, your body is listened to, not overridden. This is healing shaped by presence.

Thai Massage is similar to a passive form of yoga, and what happens in this space goes far beyond stretching. This ancient practice combines assisted movement, rhythmic pressure, and intentional energy work to help your body soften, open, and realign-physically, energetically, and emotionally.

You’ll be guided through a series of slow, supported movements and stretches, while I apply compression and focused touch along the body’s Sen lines- energetic pathways that mirror fascia, meridians, and the nervous system. Throughout the session, I listen closely to your body and energy, letting your system guide the rhythm and depth of our work.

This is not a session where you lie still- it’s interactive, grounding, and often leaves people feeling both relaxed and reawakened. While I hold the structure, your body leads the way.

What to Expect:

• This session takes place on a Thai mat on the floor.

• You’ll remain fully clothed- please wear soft, stretchy clothing that allows for movement (yoga pants/joggers and a t-shirt are ideal).

• Expect gentle to moderate pressure, breath-led stretching, and energetic presence woven throughout.

This work honors the dance between movement and stillness, between body and breath. It’s an invitation to let go while being held- on every level.

Craniosacral Therapy is subtle, sacred work- gentle touch that reaches deep. It works with the rhythms of the craniosacral system (the membranes and fluids that surround your brain and spinal cord) to help release restrictions, regulate the nervous system, and support the body’s natural capacity for healing.

This isn’t a massage in the traditional sense. You’ll remain fully clothed and simply rest while I use light, sustained holds at key points- skull, spine, sacrum, and more. Through this stillness, your body begins to speak, unwind, and return to a place of balance. This work often reaches layers of tension or trauma that lie far beneath the surface.

What to Expect:

• You’ll be fully clothed, lying on the massage table, with minimal physical movement.

• My touch is light and intentional, following the natural tide of your craniosacral rhythm.

• This work is often quiet, meditative, and deeply restoring.

This is a space to exhale. To soften. To come home to yourself in silence and safety. Gentle as it is, the shifts run deep.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is light, rhythmic work that supports one of your body’s most vital systems: the lymphatic network. This system helps flush out waste, reduce inflammation, and regulate immunity- and when it’s supported, everything flows better.

This technique uses feather-light, wave-like strokes to encourage lymph movement and reduce stagnation. Though the touch is subtle, its impact can be profound- especially after illness, injury, surgery, or when feeling heavy, puffy, or energetically sluggish.

Every session is customized based on your body’s needs. I may integrate this work with other therapies or offer it as a standalone session to support detoxification, healing, and balance.

What to Expect:

• Very light, repetitive strokes, often focused around the face, neck, belly, or limbs.

• A deeply relaxing, parasympathetic experience- many people fall asleep.

• Full-sheet draping on the massage table; sessions can be tailored to your level of comfort.
