Hey There!

I am a body and energy worker based out of Orem, Utah. I have been practicing massage for a large part of my life, I specialize in Deep Tissue Myofascial Massage + Reiki Energy Work! One of my favourite modalities I offer are Integrated Sessions, which delves into the world of energy work while also receiving bodywork. I also offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, and Craniosacral Massage sessions.

I have long since been told I have the healer's touch and I genuinely feel my purpose in life is to bring light, love, & balance to those I come in contact with. Being able to bring a sense of calm, peace, and a moment of relaxation into the lives of so many brings so much joy to my heart!
